Weight Loss and Police Sketches
And continuing in the police theme:
Here’s something that’s really fun. I “drew” some faces so funny that I was laughing maniacally, even though all alone. Have at it, if you need a laugh:

Weight up
New York, NY (AHN) A new study by researchers at Western Reserve
University suggests that women who suffer from lack of sleep are at
an increased risk of gaining weight.
In a study presented at American Thoracic Society's International
Conference in San Diego, researchers studied 68,183 middle-aged
women.
The findings of the 16 year study revealed that women who slept 5
hours or less each night were 32 percent more likely to gain a
significant amount of weight (adding 33 pounds or more) and 15
percent more likely to become obese during 16 years of follow-up
than women who slept 7 hours each night.
Dr. Sanjay Patel of Case Western Reserve University told Reuters
Health, that this level of weight gain, 15 kg, or 33 pounds,
is "very clinically significant in terms of risk of diabetes and
heart disease."
Patel held the facts that women who sleep less eat more, and fidget
less, as the probable reasons for obesity.

But I'm too tired to fidgit!!! ;)
See? It's not those after-dinner cookies! It's because I only get 5 hours sleep a night! :)
Maybe that is why I am so small, because I love to sleep. :)
Cool program! Now I'll get no work done today!
They forgot Bucksnort, TN.
Hornytown sounds like a fun place to live.
Perhaps if you fidget when you eat you can lose weight. Without sleeping more.
