Another long weekend

It's Friday and a long weekend coming up because we have Monday off for Labor Day. I've always found it a bit ironic to have "Labor Day" off from work, bet many people do. This will make two long weekends in a row, as I had a four-day weekend last time, Yay! Hope you have a good Friday and a great weekend! Got any good plans for your weekend?

As for the weekend, I think I'm making dinner for someone just about every day so it will be a cooking *at home* weekend for me.
Nope...no plans other than sleeping in! But that's good enough for me! :)

I had few plans for the weekend, but Bing came in to wake me up this morning with the news that our washer was leaking internally and that we needed to get a new one. I don't know why I am so crabby about it. It came with the house and was put in new in 1976! So, it lasted for 31 years. They don't make them like that anymore, do they? I am guessing that our next one will last maybe ten years?
We have no real plans otherwise, except to head to the Husker game today...
Last night we watched The Huskies, so we are officially football rats now. We love it in this house.

Wow looks like our Blusfest, they must have brought the stage there to.
I'm painting the bathroom, I got to get the house ready for my guests coming this month.
