Everyone is still alive

An update:
Well, Duggie is still alive and none of the movers killed each other. Miracles do happen! My Mom is sleeping in her new bed in her new room that we put together for her. Son is bringing Pseudo Son back home, V-man went home to re-light his woodstove. All is well. This move was much easier than our move but was still a move from hell. Aren't they all?

I'm glad Duggie is hangin in there, and no one killed each other while moving.

Now that you have all this moving experience, wanna come help me? :)

YES they are...I have never had a "GOOD MOVE". I hate moving!

Sounds like you're close to being done though, right?

And I am SO GLAD to hear Duggie is still with you! :)

I've missed your posts the last couple of days---unavailable pc---how does that happen, and will it continue to happen after we get just one laptop? I think it's time you made yourself a big shaker of something smooth and alcoholic, took off your shoes, put your feet up and had take-out.

Moving is pretty stressful stuff...I've just helped my friend move. So many times I came across something that made me think "Why on earth do people keep this kinda stuff??" lol

It's made me think about everything I've got jammed in my cupboards here...time I had a major clear out methinks.

So pleased to hear you all managed to survive the big day...including poor Duggie :)

Congratulations on surviving the move without any fatalities!

I moved so many times during my younger days, that I would rather stay in this drafty, overpriced apartment than move again.
